• You can pay by personal cheque made payable to Iain Will.
  
  
• We dispatch items upon receipt of payment.
  
  
• The price of any original painting, commissioned painting, framed or unframed print will be confirmed in an e-mail along with the delivery charge and approximate delivery date.
  
  
• You can then decide if you wish to confirm your order.
  
  
• Any postage & packaging charges will be individually priced so that you only pay the charge that relates to your order.
  
  
• All orders will be sent to you using Royal Mail, and we will e-mail you to confirm the order has been sent.

Original Paintings

• Original paintings will be suplied unframed.

 

• If you change your mind or you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you must let us know by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order.
  
  
• Please then return the goods to us, in the same condition in which they were received.
  
  
• Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will reimburse the full cost of your order, by way of a cheque sent to you by Royal Mail.
  
  

• In the unlikley event of your order being damaged during transit, please let us know as soon as possible, but within 7 days of receiving your order.
  
  
• Please then return the damaged goods to us.
  
  
• We will reimurse you with the full cost of your order plus the postage costs incurred by you, by way of a cheque sent to you by Royal Mail.
  
  
  

We never use your personal details for any other purpose than to deal with your order or query.

We will not send you any "junk" e-mails or make any calls to you, unless it's regarding an order or a delivery.

Any original photos you send to us (for purposes of a commissions) will be copied, and the originals sent back to you. These copies will be destroyed once the painting is finished, or upon your request.
